Strip and Wax
By applying wax, or a finish, that Z.B.M has come to trust , on your floor-work creates a protective barrier. Keeping your floor glistening and free from scratches, and stains. However, if your floor-work already has been waxed, then the protective layer must be stripped away in order to maintain a flawless finish.
Carpet Cleaning
By applying a pre-sprayed chemical to break up dirt, stains, we go over the carpet with a pressure washer to make sure all dirt and residue water has been taken up, lastly we go over the carpet with a bonnet to leave the carpet as good as new.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Z.B.M Cleaning experts start by scrubbing the grout between each tile with a ph balanced cleaning solution. The cleaning solution releases the dirt that gets trapped in the pores of the grout. Then, we use our tile and grout professional cleaning machine, paired with the tile floor cleaner. The machine simultaneously forces hot water on your tile, and into the grout, while extracting the dirt.
Parking Lot Line Painting

We make sure that all old paint is washed off with our powerful pressure washers and go over making new lines with the best commercial paint there is.
Power-Washing

Z.B.M uses biodegradable chemicals for all of our power-washing jobs. We truly strive to use environmental friendly chemicals, as it benefits both our clients and our planet. With Power-washing Z.B.M is able to surface clean mold, grime, chewing gum, loose paint, algae, or mud from multiple surfaces such as buildings, fences, masonry, concrete or asphalt surfaces like driveways and patios.
Post Construction Cleaning

Wiping down every surface after construction is absolutely vital in any enclosed building. Z.B.M. cleaning experts goes in and opens all the possible windows, vacuums, sweeps, and dusts every possible area. Then, repeat. Just to make sure.
